Tells us a little about yourself.
I’ve been a Hoosier almost of my life, with nearly 25 years spent in Fishers. Recently I moved to the downtown area and I am loving Indy! In 2015 I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts and Science and I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction. I am also working as a freelance User Experience designer. When I'm not busy tackling user centered design problems, I try and keep active through exercise and hiking. In my spare time I enjoy playing games, watching old westerns, and painting portraits.
What is one thing about yourself that would surprise people?
I’ve spent the past 5 years training in Chinese boxing.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
When someone touches my computer screen.
What was your favorite TV show/book growing up?
It’s Morphin Time! (Power Rangers of course)
What is your favorite cereal (or breakfast food)?
Homemade breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, pepper-jack, cream cheese, and a little bit of fried onion!
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Time travel so I can relive parts of history.
Why did you want to get involved with Circle City Connect?
Being a part of the Indianapolis community has been a rewarding and welcoming experience and I wanted to be a part of an organization that helps to give back to the city and its people. CCC has given me a chance to become more deeply involved in my city and I am thankful for this opportunity.
